Beauty Buddy besties (and founders) are patrons of self-care and beauty services. They sought to provide a stress-free and seamless digital experience for booking beauty services in the Philippines.
We designed their brand from end-to-end: building their strategy and visual identity all the way to plotting customer journeys and designing the user experience and interface for their web application. We collaborated with the founders to bring the findings and insights from their research to life, ironing out all the wrinkles in the processes to make sure that both the customers and businesses have a smooth experience.
